It works perfectly for me I can't get mine to work either, though at least I can get into the game? Everytime I get past the security room of the Administration Level of Peragus, the fps drops to 1. I check Task Manager, and it says that KotOR II is running as a background process, but there's nothing happening on the desktop, including no game icon on the taskbar.
